Personalized products

Some Kensei Kaizen products can be personalized with a name, initials, date, text, or another option shown on the product page.

Change-of-mind returns

Products made or engraved to your instructions cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for a simple change of mind or an error in the information you supplied.

Check your instructions

• Check spelling, capitalization, accents, numbers, and special characters.
• Review your model, finish, and personalization options.
• Confirm the exact text before placing your order.

Personalization is based on the information you submit. Kensei Kaizen is not responsible for errors in that information when it is reproduced as requested.

Changes or cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need a change. A change or cancellation is possible only before personalization has started. Once engraving or production begins, the personalized order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

The change-of-mind exclusion does not remove your rights when a product is damaged, defective, does not match your order, or has personalization that differs from your confirmed instructions. Email your order number and photos of the item, personalization, and packaging to support@kenseikaizen.fr. We will review the issue and propose an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable rights.

Standard products

Products without personalization remain subject to our standard returns and refunds policy.

Personalization acknowledgement

By selecting personalization and placing your order, you acknowledge that the product is made or modified specifically to your instructions and is excluded from standard change-of-mind returns. The French policy refers to Article L221-28, paragraph 3, of the French Consumer Code; applicable rights for defective or nonconforming products remain unaffected.
