Refund policy

14-day returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange without giving a reason, subject to the conditions below. Personalized items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Return conditions

• Return the item in its original condition and complete, including packaging, accessories, and instructions.
• The product must be in new condition so it can be resold.
• Include your purchase invoice or proof of purchase.

Return shipping is free.

Damaged or defective items

If your package arrives damaged or your item has a defect, you can request an exchange or refund. Email support@kenseikaizen.fr with your order number and photos of the issue.

How to return an item

Contact us before sending your item back. Once your return is accepted, we will email a prepaid return label that you can download and print.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days of your return request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Personalized products

Engraved or otherwise personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, does not match your order, or has a personalization error made by Kensei Kaizen.
